It is burger time! Prepare your grill for this crazy delicious burger. The burger patty is a blend of lean ground beef, diced andouille sausage and pecans. So very Cajun! Grill the burger to your desired doneness, place it in a bun and top with the blue cheese caramelized onions, watercress, Cajun aioli and pickled okra. There are so many complex flavors in this burger, we just love the andouille folded into the burger and the sweet and salty caramelized blue cheese onions. So good. We paired this burger with a helping of our bacon potato salad. This combination will soon become a backyard cookout classic.
