If you love salmon, then you are going to go wild over this dinner. Pan seared salmon served along side a warm brown butter cucumbers that is seasoned with garlic, cilantro, dill and mint. Sound crazy, but oh so delicious. To round out this dinner we also paired the salmon with our creamy buttermilk-dijon-dill potato salad that is made up of perfectly cooked potatoes are folded into a buttermilk and mayonnaise base along with chopped celery and red onion. This is then seasoned with Dijon mustard, whole grain mustard and fresh dill. Just creamy, fresh and delicious. What an amazing trio for dinner.
