Time to savor a creamy hot bowl of our salmon chowder. Yes, our fresh from scratch salmon chowder will bring a smile to your face. The chowder starts out with bacon sauteed with scallions and garlic until golden, then corn is added along with the milk and cream. The chowder is brought to a simmer and then seasoned with fresh thyme, red pepper flakes, lemon and bay leaf before the salmon is added. Lastly the diced potatoes are dropped in. Once the potatoes are tender, the chowder is done. Serve each bowl hot along with your favorite crackers. Each spoonful is jam packed with corn, salmon, and potatoes.
