Meatless Monday are made even better with this out of this world lentil dish. Our red lentil dal is made up of onions, garlic, fresh ginger, toasted cumin, fennel seeds and turmeric. The lentils are simmered in a coconut milk and vegetable stock until tender, then shredded kale is added. This dal is so aromatic and floral, you will devour it. We paired a side of cumin roasted carrots to go along with it. Hope you are just as excited about this dish as we are.
