Stay in tonight and enjoy a big bowl of our potato soup with shrimp. This is a true comfort food classic. The soup starts off by sautéing onions, carrots and celery; then we slowly add flour to create a roux. Once the flour is absorbed we our in the homemade chicken stock, milk and potatoes and bring to a simmer. The soup thickens as it cooks and the last step is adding the chopped shrimp. We absolutely love making this seafood soup. Make sure you have oyster crackers for this soup.
