Brunch time? Get exited for this luscious bacon-potato torte. Diced bacon is layered in between sliced potatoes and gruyere cheese in a pie crust. Lastly cream is poured over the potatoes and the torte is baked until golden brown. Each slice is jam packed with cheese, potato, and bacon. We paired the torte with a frisee salad with dried tart cherries, toasted walnuts and sliced apples. Yum.
