Change up your menu this week with this mushroom philly cheesesteak sandwich. The toasted roll is filled with sauteed onions, portobello mushroom strips and red bell pepper; that is seasoned with oregano and soy sauce. Once the veggies are tender we top them with sliced of sharp provolone cheese. Once the cheese begins to melt, we place the cheesy veggie filling in the roll. Yum!
