These char grilled pork tenderloin kebabs are glazed with a bright ginger-molasses barbecue sauce. This tangy glaze is made up of fresh ginger, molasses, vinegar, garlic, sugar, and ketchup. We enjoy making this sauce because it goes with so many BBQ meats. Since it is the summer we paired the kebabs with a southern creamed corn. The fresh Michigan corn is simply cooked in cream and butter. Yum! Be sure leave room for pie later.
