Close your eyes and think campfire cookout. One of the first thoughts you should have is a warm smoky and sweet smell of baked beans. We took that idea and made a winter inspired soup out of it. The soup starts out with diced bacon cooked with onions, garlic and tomatoes. Once the onions are golden chicken stock and a hint of maple syrup are added to the soup base. Lastly we add beans and cook them until tender. Serve the pork and beans soup with our cornbread crouton and get ready for a chill afternoon or evening. Our soups are always made from scratch with fresh ingredients.
