We have a comfort food dish on deck for you to savor. Set the table for two; pour a glass of wine and have a quiet night in. Tonight dig into a pan sauteed pork chop seasoned with dijon and black pepper; until golden. Next a creamy vegetable fricassee is made with sauteed shallots, snap peas, white mushroom, scallions and peas. Once sauteed it is deglazed with white wine, red wine vinegar, and cream. Serve the pork chop alongside the creamy vegetable fricassee and be prepared for one outstanding dinner.
