Diced tofu and asparagus are tossed in a rice vinegar and miso glaze then baked. Once done baking the tofu and asparagus are quickly sautéed in a orange juice, orange zest, miso, and rice vinegar sauce. This sauce adds so much flavor to the stir-fry dish. Be sure to serve it a top the steamed rice.
