Get your chopsticks ready for our Chinese inspired meal. This moo shu vegetables entrée is a must have for lunch. Atleast we think so. A melody of shredded cabbage, broccoli, bean sprouts, and carrots are stir-fried to perfection with minced garlic, ginger, soy sauce, rice vinegar and hoisin sauce. Oh and an egg too. Serve the moo shu vegetables with tortillas and scallions. We paired this dish with a helping of our homemade egg drop soup. This traditional Chinese soup is made with vegetable stock seasoned with ginger and sake; then beaten eggs are slowly poured into the hot soup. This is how the egg feathers appear in the soup. Garnish the soup with scallion and fried wontons. What an amazing meatless duo!
This meal is ready to warm and enjoy.
