Enjoy this wonderful Italian inspired mixed greens salad. It has chunks of roasted butternut squash, toasted hazelnuts and slices of prosciutto ham; all tossed in a balsamic vinaigrette. This salad pairs well with any of the entrée we offer this week or can be ordered as an entrée salad. We just love the roasted squash and the slices of prosciutto.
