Keep warm tonight with this Italian-inspired meal. Instead of layered pan lasagna we made rolls. In each roll you will find sliced proscuitto, spinach, mozzarella cheese, ricotta, Parmesan and a creamy bechamel sauce. These rolls are baked in a from scratch marinara sauce and topped with more cheese. Yum. We paired the lasagna rolls with a fresh chopped kale salad with dates, parmesan, almonds and a lemon vinaigrette. What a duo for dinner.
