The chops are seasoned with minced garlic, fresh thyme, oregano and rosemary. Once grilled to your preferred doneness serve the chops with a side of Lebanese style green beans. These Lebanese style green beans are tender crisp and sautéed with chopped onions, minced garlic and stewed tomatoes. They are lightly seasoned with allspice. All you need to do is add your favorite rice, potato or salad to fully complete your dinner.
