Get excited! Ribs are on the menu this week. Tender baby back ribs are slow roasted until they fall off the bone. The rib are rubbed in a brown sugar spice mixture, then slow roasted. Next they are slathered in a sweet Kansas City barbecue sauce. Kansas City style ribs are out favorite! Don’t forget to dig into the sweet corn pudding. We make out corn pudding with fresh corn kernels, milk, cheddar cheese, cornmeal and eggs. The pudding is light, fluffy, rich and jammed pack of corn. You will need more than one napkin for this meal.
