Fire up the grill one more time this season for this Jamaican-style jerk burger. Grill the all beef patty to your desired doneness and glaze it with the jerk sauce. In this glaze you will find allspice, soy sauce, brown sugar, fresh garlic, green onion, thyme and habanero. Assemble your burger with sliced onion, tomato, romaine and the orange chipotle aioli. Each bite of this burger has the right amount of heat and spice to it. It is very porch worthy. The burger comes with a helping of our poached shrimp and avocado salad. The shrimp are gently poached in an aromatic beer base made up of lemons, onions, ginger, and habanero. Once cooled they are folded in to a zesty mango dressing made up of rice vinegar, fresh lime, Dijon, mango, cilantro and habanero. Along with shaved red onion and sliced avocado. What an amazing duo!
