Our insalata verde aka “green salad” is packed with so many different types of lettuces and greens like romaine, watercress, frisse, and Belgium endvie. The salad is then dressed in a zippy shallot-dijon-sherry vinaigrette; that has a whisper of honey and hot sauce.
