If you feel a chill creeping in then you know the fall is around the corner. Get your spoon ready for a bowl of our hearty Hungarian-style mushroom soup. First, the sliced mushrooms and onions are sautéed in butter until golden brown; then seasoned with dill and paprika. Chicken stock and milk are added, and the soup is brought to a simmer to allow the flavors to meld. Lastly the mushroom soup is seasoned with lemon juice, parsley and sour cream. Serve this soup piping hot with crackers. Fall is on its way.
