Cure your mid-week blues with these Swiss chard rolls. They most defiantly will bring a smile to your face. The rolls are stuffed with a filling made up of green lentils, brown rice, tangy goat cheese, arugula, and garlic. This “meaty” filling is rolled into a cooked leaf of swiss chard. Very similar to a stuffed grape leaf or stuffed cabbage. These rolls are then baked in a fresh lightly spiced arrabbiata sauce and served with mashed cauliflower. A true meatless entrée ready for you. These rolls pair well with a nice glass of light red wine.
