Sometimes you are just craving a creamy white chili. Yea, instead of the typical tomato based chili we have a luscious creamy white chicken chili waiting for you. It starts out with sauteed onions and garlic, then we added diced chicken breast and green. Once the chicken is sauteed the chili base is seasoned with cumin, oregano and cayenne pepper; then the cream, sour cream and water are added to create the rich base. Lastly the tender northern beans are added. This creamy chili is served with toasted cornmeal cornbread. A comfort meal that is needed to get you through the last chilly days of the spring.
