Savor the evening with this elegant French dinner. Our coq au riesling is made up of chicken thighs that are slowly braised in Riesling wine along side bacon, onions, and button mushrooms. The sauce is seasoned with garlic, parsley and tarragon. The chicken is cooked until fork tender and served a top a bed of egg noodles. Don’t forget to spoon the luscious sauce with diced mushrooms, bacon bits, and sliced onions over the chicken too. We paired a tender asparagus salad to accompany the chicken. The salad is made up of blanched asparagus dressed in a sherry vinaigrette. We also fold in toasted fennel seeds, chopped walnuts, mint, tarragon and crumbled goat cheese.
