Keep on track with your New Year’s resolutions this week with our cod and chorizo meal. This Spanish-inspired dish is made up of tender flaky cod being baked with a white beans and chorizo ragout. The ragout is made up of sautéed shallots, diced Spanish chorizo, tomatoes, and northern beans. It is deglazed with white wine and seasoned with dried thyme. We love how the chorizo add a touch of richness and smoke to the lean fish and creamy beans. In fact order two dinners so you can surprise  your bestie with an amazing meal. Just remember a bottle of white wine.
