We paired a side of tender crisp haricot verts tossed in a fresh herb butter to go along with the chicken. The creamy mushroom sauce is made up of sauteed mushrooms and shallots that are deglazed with white wine and fished with cream and butter. The only thing that could take this dish to the next level is paring it with a dry Riesling. Yes, sometimes we are total francophiles. Bon Appetit!
