Get your fork and knife prepared for our grilled chicken with green goddess sauce. We lightly season a boneless skinless chicken breast and grill it then top the chicken with a classic green goddess dressing. Our dressing is made up of mayonnaise, fresh parsley, tarragon, scallions, chives, sour cream and white wine vinegar. It is tangy, creamy, and so bright with fresh herbs. We paired the grilled chicken with a helping of creamy scalloped tomatoes. The diced tomatoes are baked with cubes of French bread, minced garlic, torn basil, mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Just a whole bunch of summer yum in this entrée.
