Yet another comfort food classic with one of our favorite sides: spätzle. If you have never had chicken paprikash then it is about time you have this Hungarian classic dish. Pieces of chicken are braised in a paprika, tomato and chicken stock sauce until fork tender along with button mushrooms and onions. A dollop of sour cream is added to add some creaminess to the dish. We serve it traditionally over homemade spätzle, little egg noodles. It is so good. So good.
