You won’t mind staying in to have this dinner next week. Tender boneless chicken thighs are filled with spinach, garlic, parmesan cheese,  prosciutto and mozzarella These chicken packets are then pan sautéed and simmered in a chicken stock, white wine, raisins and tomato sauce. We serve the chicken braciole with a side of mashed potatoes.
