Cheesy-Baked Tortellini with Arugula with Artichokes and Tomatoes with Pesto Vinaigrette

Take the night off from cooking and leave it to us. Tonight dine on our baked cheese tortellini topped with a homemade tomato sauce and baked with mascarpone, parmesan and smoked mozzarella cheese. So gooey and cheesy. We paired an arugula salad with diced artichoke hearts and fresh tomatoes all tossed in a pesto vinaigrette. Our pesto is made from scratch with fresh basil, toasted pine nuts, parmesan cheese and olive oil. You better get excited for this Italian dinner because we are!
