Feel like you are dining on Dauphine street in New Orleans with this blackened halibut dish. A beautiful fillet of halibut is seasoned with our Cajun blackened spice mixture that is made up of thyme, oregano, cayenne, paprika, black pepper and fennel seeds. The seasoning does not overpower the fish, it compliments it perfectly. A side of grilled corn sautéed with pancetta and red bell peppers accompanies the halibut. The fresh corn and salty pancetta are delicious. If you close your eyes after one bite you will feel like you are in NOLA.
