This soup will bring a smile to your face! Why? Cause nothing beats a bowl of broccoli and cheese chowder. The chowder starts out with onions, carrots, celery, and broccoli being sautéed. Next house-made chicken stock is added and to soup comes to a simmer. Diced potatoes are dropped in and once the potatoes and broccoli are tender the soup is light pureed. It is then finished with sour cream and cheddar cheese. Nothing but delicious here. We suggest that you have plenty of oyster crackers on hand for this soup.
