No doubt this is one of our favorite soups to make and enjoy during the winter months. Broccoli florets are sautéed with butter and onions until tender; then simmered in chicken stock. The soup is then pureed and finished with both cheddar cheese and milk. Creamy, cheesy and amazing. Just remember to garnish your soup with the garlic croutons.
