Celebrate the season with our Italian-inspired braciole meal. A delicious flank steak is filled with parmesan, pecorino, provolone, minced garlic, chopped parsley and bread crumbs then tied. The braciole is roasted in a homemade marinara sauce until tender. Every bite is meaty, cheesy and packed with tomato goodness. It also comes with a serving of cheesy kale with black pepper, which is our play on the classic pasta dish of cacio e pepe. Be sure to pour yourself a nice glass of red wine with this entrée.
