Sit back and relax with a bowl of our black bean soup. It has the right amount of heat to it. The soup starts out with sautéed diced carrots, tomatoes, onion, and black beans, then vegetable stock is added and the soup is brought to a simmer. It is seasoned with cumin, garlic, cilantro and jalapeno. Lastly the soup is lightly pureed and garnished with feta cheese.
