Warm up your lunch time with a bowl of our black bean and salsa soup. Each spoonful is filled with the Mexican flavors you know and love. The soup is made up of tender black beans, diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, vegetable stock, lime juice and seasoned with cumin. Once the soup comes to a simmer it is pureed. The soup is garnished with sour cream and sliced green onion. Be sure to have some extra tortilla chips on hand to dip into this soup.
