Brunch is on deck this week. Get your fork and knife ready for our buttermilk Belgium waffles made with buttermilk, eggs, sugar, flour, baking soda, and butter. Each waffle is poured into the iron and pressed until golden brown. The waffle is served with maple syrup glazed bananas. Just remember to add your favorite butter and whipped cream. We paired this brunch waffle with a mixed greens salad that has sliced strawberries, toasted pecans and goat cheese all tossed in a cabernet maple vinaigrette.
