Enjoy a classic beef brisket pot roast with perfectly fork tender chunks of beef braised in a tomato, red wine and chicken stock base. The beef is braised along side chunks of carrots, celery and onion and seasoned with garlic, rosemary, and red pepper flakes. Serve the beef brisket atop a generous portion of buttered egg noodles. Nothing beats a home cooked meal on a cold winter’s day.
