A southern-style meal is closer then you think. Enjoy a generous portion of roasted shrimp are glazed in a sweet bourbon BBQ sauce that top cheesy corn grits. The shrimp are glazed in a bourbon BBQ sauce made up of butter, onions, garlic, tomatoes, bourbon, cider vinegar, molasses, honey, cayenne, and thyme. This sauce slowly cooks until thickened and ready to go. Our stone ground grits are cooked in chicken stock and milk then finished with a lot of cheddar cheese. The only logical pairing for this meal is braised greens. So the shrimp and grits come with sautéed swiss chard and onions. Just a whole bunch of yum. Don’t overlook this meal!
