The tomato and avocado salad is a delicious modern classic. It is made up of fresh Michigan tomato that are sliced and served with diced avocado, crispy bacon and blue cheese dressing. Yum! Our blue cheese dressing is made up of buttermilk, mayonnaise, garlic, chives, lemon juice and blue cheese. This salad pairs well with any of the entrée we have on the menu this week and makes for a great afternoon snack.
