One of our favorite fish to have for dinner is swordfish. It is so meaty, lean and totally delicious. In this entrée we have prepared all of the components for you to execute an incredible meal. You can fire up your grill or oven to prepare your swordfish. Once your pasta is cooked to your desired doneness,  add in the citrus pesto and toss to coat. The citrus peso is made with lemon zest, orange zest, parmesan, basil and pine nuts. This is a very vibrant dish that will jazz up your mid week blues and impress your friends.
