We totally love stuffed cabbage so we decided to make a soup out of it. Each spoonful of soup is just like eating your typical cabbage roll. You will find chunks of ground beef, rice, cabbage, and tomatoes; all in a seasoned homemade chicken stock base. We can’t say much else about this soup, but it s pretty delicious. If you want to be a bit devious add a dollop of sour cream. Oh so good.
