A flank steak is marinated in a lime juice, chili powder, and onion sauce; then you grill it to your desired doneness. Top the steak with our freshly made chimichurri sauce made up of chopped cilantro, parsley, onion, garlic, red pepper flakes, red wine vinegar and olive oil. Don’t forget about the grilled eggplant.
