Yes, grill the steak to your desired doneness, slice and place on top of the mixed greens salad. In that salad you will also find cherry tomatoes, sliced onion, and parmesan breadcrumbs; then dressed in a tangy lime vinaigrette. We paired a fresh asparagus soup with this steak salad. Tender asparagus spears are butter sauteed with onions and garlic; then fresh vegetable stock is added and the soup is brought to a simmer. Next the soup is pureed and then seasoned with lemon juice and parmesan cheese; these two ingredients help make the soup bright and rich. Quite the duo to savor on the patio. All you need is a glass of wine to complete your meal. Yum!
