Slurp! Our spicy noodle soup is perfect to have on its own or to accompany any of the meals we have on the menu this week. The soup starts our with shallots, garlic and chiles being sauteed with a mixed assortment of mushrooms. Next the pan is glazed with soy sauce and rice vinegar; then a simple base of water is added. Don’t be fooled the soup itself has a tons of flavor. As the soup simmers, we add udon noodles and an herb mixture of cilantro, mint, and chives. Serve each bowl hot and garnish with toasted sesame seeds.
