We slow roast a pork shoulder that is seasoned with onion, garlic, achiote paste, orange juice and pineapple juice. Once fork tender the pork is shredded and placed in corn tortillas along with your favorite taco toppings. Each bite is meaty tender and delicious. We personally love the pickled onions. The tacos come with a helping of Spanish rice. A perfect taco meal for lunch or dinner.
