If you big plans are for staying in tonight and catching up on your favorite TV show, then this Thai-inspired noodle dish is for you. El dente pasta is tossed in a Thai-inspired spicy peanut sauce. In that sauce you will find sesame oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar, hot chili oil and roasted peanuts. Garnish your pasta with sliced green onion, carrots and Thai basil leaves. We paired the sesame noodles with our Asian-style kale salad. Made up of shredded kale, grated carrots, blanched edamame, diced bell pepper and chopped snow peas. The kale salad is then dressed in a tamari-ginger vinaigrette comprised of fresh ginger, minced garlic, rice vinegar, tamari, lime juice and olive oil. A perfect meatless meal to enjoy for lunch or dinner.
