Description
Sometimes you are just in the mood for something a bit different and delicious. This is a mash up between Southern and Italian cuisine. Spinach and kale are sautéed with garlic and red pepper flakes; then slowly cooked in a vegetable stock. We then add cannellini beans to the greens and serve it all on top of a bed of steamed rice. A very spring dish celebrate the last part of the winter kale we have on hand.
This meal is ready to warm and enjoy.
