A poach salmon pave is shredded and folded in with panko, Dijon, lemon juice, mayonnaise and chopped scallions. Salmon burger patties are formed then pan sautéed until golden brown. Serve the salmon cake in a toasted brioche bun with tartar sauce and fresh arugula. To make this burger out of this world we paired it with a tomato and avocado salad. The salad is made up of fresh Michigan tomatoes that are sliced and served with diced avocado, crispy bacon and blue cheese dressing. Yum! Our blue cheese dressing is made up of buttermilk, mayonnaise, garlic, chives, lemon juice and blue cheese. What an amazing duo to feast on tonight.
