=We all love cauliflower, we hope that you do too. This week get your spoon ready for our roasted cauliflower soup. We roast cauliflower florets then add them to sautéed onions. Next we pour in vegetable stock and milk. Once the soup begins to simmer its seasoned with toasted cumin and curry powder. Once the cauliflower is tender the soup is then pureed until smooth. Be sure to have your favorite bread around, so you can dunk it into this soup.
