These are no plain jane raspberry bars. They are half cookie and half creamy dessert. The bars have a crunchy pecan cookie crust that is topped with a bright sweet raspberry puree that is set with gelatin. Once the raspberry gelatin is set a whipped cream cheese with powdered sugar is spread on top with more fresh raspberries. Delicious tangy but sweet raspberries topped with a cream cheese. You can’t get any better than this.
