It is the holidays and you can nosh on all the cookies and confections you want. Our  pastry chef has whipped up a batch of these delicious pecan pie truffles. Bet you can’t just have one. Truffle is hand formed from a mixture of toasted ground pecans, graham cracker crumbs, maple syrup, bourbon and brown sugar. These truffles are then dipped in melted dark chocolate. It is just like a chocolate pecan pie. Yum. We suggest ordering a dozen, these truffles will move fast.
